Definition

一个方面；表示同时进行两个动作；一次见面。

Usage

可用于指物体的一面、问题的某一角度，或放在动词前构成'一面…一面…'结构表示两个动作同时进行。也可指一次会面。

Can refer to one side of an object, one aspect of an issue, or be used before verbs in a '一面...一面...' structure to indicate simultaneous actions. Also means one meeting.

Examples

  • 1 这块布一面是红色一面是蓝色。 (This cloth is red on one side and blue on the other.)
  • 2 他一面走路一面听音乐。 (He listens to music while walking.)
  • 3 这个问题我们要从正面和反面两面来看，不能只看一面。 (We need to look at this issue from both positive and negative sides, not just one side.)
  • 4 我们只见过一面，不太熟悉。 (We have only met once, so we are not very familiar.)
  • 5 她一面哭泣一面诉说着自己的委屈。 (She cried while telling about her grievances.)
