Meaning

指以低于国内市场价格甚至低于成本的价格在外国市场大量销售商品的行为。

The act of selling goods in a foreign market at a price lower than the domestic market price or even below cost.

通常用于描述国际贸易中的不正当竞争行为，也可用于比喻其他领域的低价抛售。
