Definition

指国际关系中敌对双方的非武装对抗状态；也指人际关系中双方因矛盾而互不理睬的状态。

A state of non-armed confrontation between hostile parties in international relations; also refers to a situation in interpersonal relationships where parties ignore each other due to conflict.

Usage

可用于描述国际政治中的冷战时期，也可用于描述情侣、朋友或家人之间的冷战行为。
