Meaning

言语障碍，说话时字音重复或中断，不能流畅地表达。

A speech disorder characterized by repetition or interruption of sounds, making fluent speech difficult.

通常用于描述说话不流利的症状，也可作动词指人患有口吃。

Usually used to describe the symptom of speaking disfluently, and can also be used as a verb to indicate a person has a stutter.
