Meaning

反复地嘱咐、告诫，强调让对方记住或小心。

to exhort; to urge; to advise repeatedly.

通常用于长辈对晚辈、上级对下级或关心的人之间，语气带有关切和强调。

Usually used by elders to younger ones, superiors to subordinates, or between caring people, with a tone of concern and emphasis.
