说大话；夸口。

To brag; to boast.

常用于口语，指说话不切实际，夸大自己的能力或成就。

Commonly used in spoken language, referring to unrealistic statements exaggerating one's abilities or achievements.

1 他总是在朋友面前吹牛说自己能喝十瓶啤酒。(He always brags in front of friends that he can drink ten bottles of beer.)
2 别听他的，他只是在吹牛。(Don't listen to him, he's just boasting.)
3 吹牛也要有个限度，不能太离谱。(There should be a limit to boasting; it shouldn't be too outrageous.)
4 他吹牛说自己是百万富翁，其实欠了一屁股债。(He bragged that he was a millionaire, but actually he was deeply in debt.)
