对联是中国传统文化中的一种文学形式,通常由两行字数相等、意义相关的句子组成,悬挂在门框两侧或室内墙上。

Couplet is a form of Chinese traditional literature, typically consisting of two lines of equal length with related meanings, hung on either side of a door frame or on walls indoors.

Usage

对联常用于春节、婚礼、庆典等场合,表达祝福、喜庆或哲理。书写时讲究对仗工整、平仄协调。
