Definition

形容想法非常离奇、不切实际,或者指突然产生某种奇异的想法。

To have a wild fantasy; to be impractical; to think of something fanciful or unrealistic.

Usage

通常用于形容人的想法脱离实际,或者带有贬义地指凭空想象。

Usually used to describe someone's ideas that are detached from reality, or pejoratively to refer to fanciful thinking.
