Definition

（船只）进入水浅的地方，不能行驶；比喻事情遇到阻碍而停顿。

(Of a ship) to run aground; figuratively, to come to a halt due to obstacles.

Usage

用于描述船只无法移动或事情进展受阻。

Used to describe a ship being stranded or a project/plan being stalled.
