Meaning

指行为不端、不务正业、常做坏事的人，也指调戏女性的人。

A person who behaves badly, lives idly, and often does evil things; also refers to someone who harasses women.

Often used to describe a morally corrupt or misbehaving person; in colloquial language, it can also refer to a sexual harasser.
