Usage
通常作为医学术语使用,指严重的精神疾病,如精神分裂症、躁郁症等。在口语中有时也用作贬义,指行为怪异或不合常理的人。
Commonly used as a medical term for severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. In colloquial speech, it may also be used pejoratively to describe someone behaving oddly or irrationally.
