Definition

指人的大脑功能紊乱，导致认知、情感、意志和行为等精神活动出现不同程度障碍的疾病。

A mental disorder characterized by disturbances in thinking, emotion, volition, and behavior due to brain dysfunction.

Usage

通常作为医学术语使用，指严重的精神疾病，如精神分裂症、躁郁症等。在口语中有时也用作贬义，指行为怪异或不合常理的人。

Commonly used as a medical term for severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. In colloquial speech, it may also be used pejoratively to describe someone behaving oddly or irrationally.
