支出超过收入或可用余额；过度消耗资源或体力。

To spend more than one's income or available balance; to overconsume resources or physical strength.

Usage

常用于财务领域，指账户余额不足时仍进行交易，如信用卡透支。也可用于比喻，指过度消耗体力或精力。

Commonly used in finance to refer to transactions that exceed the available balance, such as credit card overdraft. Also used metaphorically to mean overexerting oneself physically or mentally.

1 我的信用卡透支了，需要尽快还钱。(My credit card is overdrawn; I need to pay it back as soon as possible.)
2 这个月工资还没发，但已经透支了生活费。(My salary hasn't been paid yet this month, but I've already overdrawn my living expenses.)
