排除在外，不计算在内。

To exclude, not to include.

常用于表示某个事物或人不包括在某个范围内，常与‘除了’连用。

Often used to indicate that something or someone is not included in a certain scope, often used together with '除了'.

1 除了他，所有人都到了。 (Everyone arrived except him.)
2 这些商品不包括在打折范围之内，除外商品不参与活动。 (These items are not included in the discount; excluded items do not participate in the promotion.)
3 除了周末，其他时间都营业，周日除外。 (Open all days except weekends; Sunday excluded.)
4 每个学生都要参加考试，有特殊情况的除外。 (Every student must take the exam, except for special circumstances.)
5 除了这个方案，其他的都不考虑，这个除外。 (Except for this plan, none of the others are considered; this one is excluded.)
