Meaning

随着自己的心意，想怎样就怎样。

To follow one's heart's desire; to do as one pleases.

通常用于描述按照自己的意愿行事，不受约束。有时也用于中性或贬义，表示任性。

Used to describe acting according to one's own wishes, without constraints. Sometimes used neutrally or pejoratively to indicate willfulness.
