Definition
用于反问句，加强反问语气，表示“难道……吗？”的意思。
Used in rhetorical questions to strengthen the tone, meaning 'is it possible that...?' or 'don't tell me that...?'.
Usage
放在反问句的句首，后面跟肯定形式，实际表达否定的意思；也可放在陈述句前，表示质疑或惊讶。
Placed at the beginning of a rhetorical question, followed by an affirmative form to actually express a negative meaning; can also be placed before a declarative sentence to express doubt or surprise.
