Definition
在一定温度和压力下,溶液中所含溶质达到最大限度,不能再溶解;或泛指事物发展到最高限度。
The state in which a solution contains the maximum amount of solute that can be dissolved at a given temperature and pressure; or in a broader sense, the point at which something has reached its maximum capacity or limit.
Usage
常用于化学、物理等科学领域,也用于比喻,如市场饱和、情绪饱和等。
Commonly used in scientific fields such as chemistry and physics, and also metaphorically, such as market saturation or emotional saturation.

- 1 这个溶液已经饱和了,再加盐也不会溶解。 (This solution is already saturated; adding more salt will not dissolve.)
