Definition

Usage

关于用于引出话题、主题或某方面，常用于标题或文章开头。对于用于引出动作的对象或比较的对象，常与'来说'连用。

关于 is used to introduce a topic, subject, or aspect, often in titles or at the beginning of articles. 对于 is used to introduce the object of an action or comparison, often used with '来说'.
