肯定 is often used to express agreement, acknowledgment or confirmation of someone's opinion, fact, etc., and can also be an adverb meaning 'certainly'. 确定 is used to emphasize certainty after verification, often for facts, plans, etc. that are clear. 一定 is used to express inevitability or strong determination, and can also be an adjective meaning 'specific'.
