Definition

鉴于表示“考虑到”、“由于”的意思，常用于引出某个事实或情况，作为后续行动或判断的依据。

In light of; considering; given that. Used to introduce a fact or situation as a basis for subsequent action or judgment.

Usage

通常用于正式或书面语中，放在句子开头或中间，后面接一个名词短语或从句，表示基于某种原因或情况而采取某种行动。

Typically used in formal or written language, placed at the beginning or middle of a sentence, followed by a noun phrase or clause, indicating that an action is taken based on a certain reason or situation.
