"之一" 表示某个群体或集合中的其中一个。

"之一" means "one of" a group or collection.

Usage

用于名词或代词之后，表示该名词或代词所代表的事物是前面提到的群体中的一个。常与“是”连用，构成“是……之一”的句式。

Used after a noun or pronoun to indicate that the thing represented is one member of a previously mentioned group. Often used with "是" to form the pattern "是……之一".

Examples

  • 2 北京是世界上最古老的城市之一。 (Beijing is one of the oldest cities in the world.)
