Used in rhetorical questions to emphasize the speaker's belief that something is obviously true or should be the case, conveying surprise, dissatisfaction, or emphasis.

Usage

通常置于主语之后、谓语动词之前，构成反问句，常与语气词“吗”连用。句末可用问号或感叹号。

Typically placed after the subject and before the predicate verb to form a rhetorical question, often used with the modal particle '吗'. The sentence can end with a question mark or exclamation mark.
