因为 (yīnwèi) is a conjunction indicating reason or cause, often used with 所以 (suǒyǐ) to form the 'because... therefore...' structure, expressing cause and effect.
Usage
因为用于引出原因或理由,后面接从句。常与“所以”连用,也可以单独使用。在口语中,“因为”可以放在句首或句中。
因为 is used to introduce a reason or cause, followed by a clause. It is often paired with 所以, but can also be used alone. In spoken Chinese, 因为 can appear at the beginning or in the middle of a sentence.
