表示拒绝或不给予。常用于正式场合，如不批准、不给予考虑等。

To refuse or not grant. Often used in formal contexts, such as not approving, not considering, etc.

Cách dùng

用于否定形式，后接动词，表示不做某动作或不给予某种待遇。

Used in negative form, followed by a verb, indicating not performing an action or not granting a certain treatment.
