To instruct or order verbally; to tell or command.

Cách dùng

常用于上级对下级或长辈对晚辈的口头指示，也可用于一般性的嘱咐。

Often used for oral instructions from a superior to a subordinate or from an elder to a younger person, and can also be used for general exhortations.

2 老板吩咐他完成这项任务。 (The boss instructed him to complete this task.)
