向有关人员或机构告发某人或某事的错误或罪行。

To report someone's wrongdoing or crime to the relevant person or institution.

Cách dùng

常用于指下级向上级、晚辈向长辈、受害者向权威机构投诉或举报。

Often used to refer to a subordinate reporting to a superior, a younger person to an older person, or a victim complaining or reporting to an authority.
