To examine and approve; to review and decide.

Cách dùng

常用于正式场合，如审批文件、方案、计划等，表示经过审查后认定合格或予以批准。

Often used in formal contexts, such as approving documents, plans, etc., indicating that after review, it is deemed qualified or approved.
