to lift, to raise; to mention, to bring up; to propose, to suggest.

Cách dùng

常用于表示将某物向上移动，或提出某个话题、建议。也可用于表示提升水平、地位等。

Commonly used to indicate lifting something upward, or bringing up a topic or suggestion. Also used to indicate raising a level or status.
