Cách dùng

通常用于主动获取信息的行为，如查询资料、查询数据、查询状态等，既可指书面或系统查询，也可指口头询问。

Typically used for the act of actively obtaining information, such as looking up materials, querying data, or checking status; can refer to written/system queries or verbal inquiries.
