Định nghĩa

与地面平行，与“竖”、“直”相对；也可表示地理上的东西方向，或态度上粗暴、不讲理（读hèng）。

Horizontal, parallel to the ground (opposite of vertical); also denotes east-west direction in geography, or rude and unreasonable (pronounced hèng).
