Định nghĩa

欠条是表明债务人欠债权人一定金额的书面凭证。

An IOU is a written acknowledgment of a debt, specifying the amount owed.

Cách dùng

通常用于借贷关系中，作为债务人承诺还款的凭证。使用时需写明欠款人、债权人、金额、日期等信息。

Usually used in lending relationships as proof of the debtor's promise to repay. When using, information such as debtor, creditor, amount, and date should be written.

  • 1 他写了一张欠条，保证一个月内还钱。(He wrote an IOU, promising to repay within a month.)
  • 2 这张欠条已经过期了。(This IOU has expired.)
