Disconnection or lack of coordination between things that were originally linked or should be in sync.

Cách dùng

常用于描述理论脱离实际、工作进度不协调、身体关节错位或语言表达不连贯等情况。

Often used to describe theory divorced from practice, uncoordinated work progress, joint dislocation in the body, or incoherent speech.
