和（hé）是汉语中最常用的连词之一，用于连接两个或两个以上的名词或名词短语，表示并列关系。在高级用法中，它可以连接更复杂的名词结构，但不能连接动词、形容词或句子。
和 (hé) is one of the most common conjunctions in Chinese, used to connect two or more nouns or noun phrases to indicate a parallel relationship. In advanced usage, it can connect more complex nominal structures, but cannot connect verbs, adjectives, or clauses.
