The Chinese word '再说' is a conjunction used to add another reason or situation in addition to what has already been mentioned, similar to 'in addition' or 'moreover'.

用在陈述句或议论中，连接两个分句或句子，通常放在第二个分句的开头，表示追加理由或补充信息。口语和书面语中都常用。

Used in statements or arguments to connect two clauses or sentences, usually placed at the beginning of the second clause to add a reason or supplementary information. Common in both spoken and written Chinese.
